I’ll do basic on-page SEO for the site. This will include titles, headlines, identifying keywords and trying to use them in the text.
Link building and other important and specialised SEO services are not provided, but I can point you in the right direction if desired. (See Free Downloads)

Updating content is important.
By updating you keep your customers aware:

I’ll write the content for you and post it on your website.
You can tell me what to say by:

I can also maintain the site, keeping it in tip top shape, up to date and backed up.. Our schedule includes:

Wash ‘n’ Brush Up
This is the Basic Maintenance plus a monthly check on the site to fix anything you might have done, well…, a bit squiffy..,to add text or pictures as desired to existing pages, or to take them away if dated. Special offers, time sensitive information can be added or removed, (you don’t want last month’s events do you?), as well as a general MOT.
This service is monthly, but can be more frequent if required.

NB I tell you how to do this yourself when the site is built, and am happy to do so again for a few weeks, for free. The beauty of WordPress is that you do it yourself. This service is for those who just don’t do DIY.
Theme Changes.
If you decide you want to change theme I can do that for you, with a new or a modified banner, and a web site MOT, for just £30.00.

Web Hosting.
Hosting, hiring space on a special computer with access to the internet,
is a very specialized service, and cheap hosting is a false economy. Good hosting should include backups, software updates and people who speak virtually nothing but computergeek, and from only £17 a year, is not expensive for what you are getting. (Less than 33p a week…)
I use Vidahost to host the c21web sites, this one, and the others I use to make things work. They have always been helpful, dependable and, well, just there. They are also very well thought of on the UK Business Forums, the largest business forum in the UK.

NOTE: I think it is a better idea for you to let us do this, so we have access while we build the site. This makes it easier all round, and at the end, when all is up and working we transfer everything to you. You are the owner from the very start, it’s all yours, I just have access to begin with.

We really don’t mind where you get hosting or domain names from, and are more than happy to work with whatever you choose.
Hosting and domain name fees are payable in advance, with the 50% deposit, and are not refundable.

Pictures are as good as a thousand words.
On the web people don’t read, they scan. Pictures are very important, they sell.
I help with your pictures in three ways:
- I find and buy usage of great library pictures.
- I take pictures for you.
- I advise you how to take and use pictures.
LIBRARY PICTURES
Library picture usage fees start from £7.00 for the smallest size.
NB: Never use the library pictures for anything else unless you buy more usage rights. They do catch people who do this and the average settlement is £990. If in doubt please ask us.
