If you are unhappy with your site, for any reason, while we are building it I will give you your deposit back.

No quibbling, no argument: 100% deposit back to you.

It hasn’t happened yet, but I’m happy to give you this extra little bit of confidence.

I can’t refund money paid out to third parties, for instance for Hosting, or for pictures from Picture Libraries. But you get to keep 100% of that anyway, it is always yours.

You can cancel at any stage, right up to the end, when your polished website is live and ready to wow! the world. I won’t be happy until you are happy.
